By accessing or purchasing from Digital Dream Vision, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
We create and sell digital anime-style wallpapers and animations. All products are digital downloads — no physical items are shipped.
Premade Packs: Instant download after purchase. Files are delivered as MP4 video files compatible with most devices.
Custom Commissions: Created based on your photo. Turnaround time is typically 2-5 business days. You will receive up to 2 revisions included in the price.
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount.
Premade Packs: Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Custom Commissions: If we are unable to deliver a usable product after reasonable effort, we will offer a partial or full refund at our discretion. No refunds are provided once the final files have been delivered and approved.
Upon delivery, you receive a personal use license for the wallpaper files. You may use them on your personal devices. You may not resell, redistribute, or use the files for commercial purposes without written permission.
We retain the right to use anonymized versions of custom artwork for portfolio and promotional purposes unless you explicitly request otherwise.
You must provide a clear, high-quality photo for custom orders. We cannot guarantee likeness from blurry or low-resolution images. You confirm you have the right to use any photos you provide.
Our wallpapers are provided "as is." We are not responsible for any device performance issues, battery usage, or compatibility problems. Always test files on your device.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
